- Once approved and meets our standards, fill out the "video credit sheet" that will be provided by Team Mashn Distribution.
- Sign the Team Mashn Distribution non exclusive agreement that will be provided once step 1 and 2 are complete.
- Chose a release date.
- Pay the admin. fee of $125 via PayPal, Cash App or Stripe.

Never upconvert .mp4 or any lower quality video format to a higher quality format before upload. You must submit the original high-quality masters, exported to Apple ProRes 422 (HQ) or Avid DNxHD 175x, 185x or 220x with 48KHz / 24 bit audio.
**Music Video Black Frames – Music Videos must begin and end with at least one completely black frame. Music Video Thumbnail Image – A Music Video’s Thumbnail Image must not contain overlay text, excessive motion blur, artist names, music video title information or unauthorized trademarks.
